He is the chairperson of the neighborhood youth panel. The neighborhood youth panel is another part a juvenile services. In the department he is the juvenile judge to some degree he here the offense of the child that’s been arrested by the police for a minor but serious offense he determines what should happen to the child .

Mr. Lee thinks Prince Georges County Schools is not different from D.C schools, he doesn’t think Prince Georges County Schools are challenging the kids enough, the teacher also don’t do the best they could do. He believes they don’t ask as much as they should ask, and students have too much social time.
