An "Asset Map" is a map that describes unusual, valuable, and interesting people, businesses, projects, or places in a community. Students involved in the Prince George's County Information Commons are using interviews and other forms of researcasset mappers at workh to identify and map our local assets.

Our goal is to create large-scale maps that can be "clicked" to reveal detailed information about numerous assets. There will also be a search function that allows anyone to look for a type of asset and see the relevant locations displayed on the map.

For now, we have begun the following small-scale Asset Maps
