Originally from a town outside of Puebla, Mexico,
Cesar now lives in Hyattsville, MD.

He has many talents. He is an artist, an avid reader, and is willing to try most anything. He speaks both English and Spanish, and is a co-designer of the Prince George's Commons web logo. He likes soccer and Mexican enchiladas. As far as school goes, he is good in both math and science and may be a famous Biologist one day.
