Sante Fe Cafe
4410 Knox Road, College Park

Person Interviewed: Manager
Interviewers: Malcolm and D'Angelo

As my day started we paired off into groups of two and decided to interview a restaurant called the Santa Fe Café. This place looked really interesting because of its tropical theme, and it was built out of wood that looked like it was hand-made. As I walked up the outside steps I saw that you could eat on the outside sort of like a drive-through restaurant. When I finally decided to walk inside the restaurant there were waitress and waiters walking around and watching television I realized that the building was at split-level and upstairs there was another eating area I guess for the heavy smokers or VIPs.

The manager said that the Café has been up and running since 1983. He thought that some of the major assets of the county were the University of Maryland and all the business in the area.

My opinion on the interview is I think the place was really cool but a little UN comfortable with everybody looking at you. But everything else about the place was ok. It was calm and quiet the afternoon we were there, but it probably gets busy at night.
