Walking into this place is like walking into the ticketing office of an airport. It is very nice and neat and is set up like a ticket counter. The name of this place is STA Travel. At STA Travel you can buy tickets to travel anywhere you want to go. STA Travel also gives advice on where are the best places to go so you could have a nice time.

The person that I talked to was named Michael Brown and he was the branch manager. He is originally from Australia and he came into this business because he likes to travel. He has traveled to Australia, Hawaii, Tahiti, and also the Dominican Republic. Michael helps young people out with any travel enquires they have. He also helps set up work permits to work abroad, assists students in foreign language studies, and helps students with spring break trips. He said the most expensive ticket he has ever sold was a $10,000 ticket to Japan (it included a lot of traveling in Japan).

Michael thinks that College Park is a wonderful place- transitional, but fun. He thinks that University of Maryland's sporting department brought a positive change to this area because of their success, and I think so too.
