It was a warm and humid Thursday when we walked into Bagel Place. As we walked through the door we were mesmerized by the smell of bagels, muffins and coffee. We then walked up to the counter so we could speak with a spokesman in which we could interview. A man told us he would get someone to talk to us so we took a seat at a table and waited. A tall stocky man greeted us by the name of Sean, he sat down and we began our interview.

I started off by asking Sean how long the business had been here and he said that it's been here for about 15 years. When asked how many other locations there were Sean told us that there was only one and that they didn't receive a lot of competition from other bagel stores. That is because there aren't a lot of other bagel stores close by and the ones that were are no longer in business. He also told us that the College Park is a very nice location to run a business. As I was listening I noticed that there were a lot of people working. Sean said they do hire high school students. They also help local organizations by donating bagels. In order to receive these donations all you have to do is call. Besides working in the store they also do caterings to different places. After we were finished with the interview Brandon and me ordered two bagels and we were out the door.

I think that this is very nice shop and the food is also very good. I also like the fact that they open up so early, which is very beneficial to those who have to be to work early in the morning. On a scale of 1-10 I would give this place a 9.
