The people at the Berwyn Café were among the nicest we've interviewed. The café is own by a husband and a wife who have done a lot of traveling. The husband is originally from Israel. The café offers lots of food for vegetarians, some of which we had never tasted before. As soon as we sat down the owner began squeezing fresh lemons to make us lemonade. He also gave us a bit of tofu gyro and falafel to try. At first one person among us did not want to try the falafel, but after some convincing he gave it a taste and decided it was ok.
We all loved the homemade lemonade which was the perfectly refreshing on a hot summer day. We definitely recommend checking out the Berwyn Café. The people who work there are friendly, generous; the food is tasty and you will definitely try something new; and, there's also a small stage for performances.
